TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Bridge Work to Begin on Limestone Road
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the beginning of a two-year project on the bridge over the railroad tracks on Limestone Road between the Kirkwood Highway and Route 4 in Stanton.
The work, scheduled to begin next Monday, February 23rd, will include rehabilitation work on the bridge, roadway milling/paving and some ADA and curb reconstruction. There will also be a contraflow configuration on Limestone Road through the life of the project.
Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area. For more information visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, or download the DelDOT app.
