Memorandum to Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2025-0124 regarding Proposed amendments to 40 CFR 60 - (1) Subpart TTTT: Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions for Electric Generating Units (2) Subpart TTTTa: Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions for New Construction and Reconstruction Stationary Combustion Turbine Electric Generating Units. This memorandum presents proposed edits to incorporate amendments to 40 CFR 60 Subpart TTTT and to 40 CFR 60 Subpart TTTTa provided in the supplemental proposal, "Rescission of the Greenhouse Gas Findings for Fossil Fuel-Fired Power Plants and Repeal of Regulations for Power Plant Greenhouse Gas Emissions Under Clean Air Act Section 111."
