The FedChoice Federal Credit Union and FedChoice Charitable Foundation volunteer team recently participated in the Savor Bowie Fall Fest Food, Wine, and Music Festival 2025, where they enjoyed a successful day of community engagement and outreach.
During the festival, the team provided information about FedChoice's financial products and the Foundation's educational initiatives, both aimed at empowering individuals and families within the local community. In collaboration with local wine vendors, FedChoice hosted a raffle for attendees and partnered with food truck vendors to provide lunch for new members. As a result of the strong turnout, 22 new members joined the FedChoice community during the event.
FedChoice extends its appreciation to its dedicated volunteer team for their enthusiasm and service throughout the day despite the light rain that fell during the event. Special recognition is also extended to Brett Murray, Founder and CEO of Concert for Causes, Inc., for organizing this outstanding community event and fostering opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Continuing its commitment to supporting youth development, FedChoice will donate musical instruments to benefit young musicians from low-income families.
