Archaeology Day at McCormick's Creek State Park

There will be artifact and chert exhibits and information about Indiana archaeology, archaeological laws and regulations, site recordation, fieldwork, and the purposes of archaeology. There will also be flint knapping, spear throwing using atlatls, and identification of artifacts that the public may bring to the program. Event sponsored by the White River Valley Archaeological Association. *Cost of event is free but there is admission to enter McCormick's Creek State Park.
