As of Thursday, June 18, Mountain View Community Shuttle and MVgo shuttle services are temporarily suspended.
The Mountain View Transportation Management Association (MTMA) runs both free shuttle services serving Mountain View. An Uber voucher is being provided to riders to assist them during this service interruption. To get the voucher, visit https://r.uber.com/RXPPJECZXKZ.
According to MTMA, services are suspended due to the expiration of the shuttle operator's California Public Utilities Commission license. The City of Mountain View has been informed that the shuttle operator, WeDriveU, operates statewide for private and public agencies.
For updates regarding the resumption of service, visit the Mountain View Community Shuttle website and the MVgo website.
