Battle of the Books Team Manager Meeting at City Hall October 23
October 10, 2025 - It's almost time for the Elementary Battle of the Books at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library! Adults interested in managing a team of 4th or 5th graders for the 2026 Battle of the Books program are encouraged to attend an informational meeting hosted by the Library on Thursday, October 23 at 6 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 333 W. Ellsworth St.
This meeting will provide an overview of the 2026 program, including team manager responsibilities and expectations. Please note, the official booklist will not be revealed until the program kickoff event on November 8.
Battle season will officially begin with an "Introduction to Battle" information session and light brunch on Saturday, November 8 at 10 a.m. in the Library's Auditorium.
Battle of the Books is a program sponsored by the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library. Events and information are subject to change.
