Addressing low levels of literacy and numeracy in the workplace

Recent research conducted by the Ai Group Centre for Education and Training has revealed that 88% of employers surveyed have said their company is affected by low level of literacy and numeracy.

Employers have told Ai Group that poor literacy and numeracy is having an impact on productivity, with high rates of poor workplace performance, wastage and errors, low morale and social connectedness.
