The message reads, in part:

"It is gratifying that you carefully preserve the rich historical, cultural, and spiritual heritage passed down through many generations, along with your ancestors' distinctive customs and traditions. Buddhist organisations take an active part in the country's public life, implementing much-needed educational and charity initiatives, and make a significant contribution to harmonising interreligious and interethnic relations, strengthening family values, and educating the younger generation.

I would like to emphasise the effective support the Buddhist community provides to participants in the special military operation and their families. Of course, your sincere commitment to restoring temples and architectural landmarks, as well as building new monasteries and educational centres, is just as important."
