WEST DES MOINES, IOWA - With commodity prices lagging behind production costs, the need to expand markets for ethanol and biodiesel has never been more critical. At the Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit, experts will provide insights on creating new opportunities for renewable fuels in marine fuels, sustainable aviation fuel, and other applications for higher blends.
The "Building New Markets" panel will feature:
"Diversifying renewable fuel markets is essential for the long-term success of Iowa's farmers and producers," said IRFA Marketing Director Lisa Coffelt. "From powering planes to fueling ships, these new opportunities will strengthen rural economies and work towards America's energy dominance."
See "Renewable Fuels at Work" during the 2026 Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit. The Summit, held on February 5, 2026, will be at the Prairie Meadows Event Center in Altoona, Iowa.
