Join the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP), the Consumer Protection Unit (CPU) and the Office of Weights & Measures for one of our four in-person outreach events to learn more about:
- How DLCP's Office of Weights and Measures ensures you only pay for what you use at grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies
- How DLCP's Consumer Protection Unit investigates consumer complaints, bring bad actors into compliance, and mediates complaints where losses total $250 or more, or there is a pattern or practice of abuse
