WASHINGTON, D.C.-It's Tax Day, and Senator Ashley Moody is highlighting wins secured for Florida's families through the Working Families Tax Cuts package. According to a recent report, Florida has claimed the top spot for the largest average federal tax refunds in the U.S.-Florida filers are bringing home an average refund of $4,433.
"While Tax Day isn't usually a day for celebration, Americans can rejoice knowing they will likely receive a larger tax return or owe less than in years past. I am proud to have supported the Working Families Tax Cuts package - the largest tax cut in history for working Americans.
