VIP Petcare Has Been Acquired by Tractor Supply Company

William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to PetIQ, Inc. (PetIQ), a portfolio company of Bansk Group (Bansk), in connection with the sale of its veterinary services business, VIP Petcare, to Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO). The transaction closed in May 2026.
