Norton Rose Fulbright has been recognized as an Equal Access to Justice Champion by Houston Volunteer Lawyers (HVL), a service of the Houston Bar Association and the largest provider of pro bono legal services in Harris County and the surrounding areas.
The recognition honors the firm's continued dedication to providing critical legal services to the Houston community. Over the last year, firm lawyers and summer associates assisted clients with a range of matters, including helping parents maintain legal guardianship of their adult children, providing stability to families in crisis, clearing criminal records for individuals seeking a fresh start and preparing wills for elderly clients.
Collectively, Equal Access to Justice Champion firms represented 668 individual clients with urgent legal needs and served 2,480 hours providing crucial advice to Houstonians through HVL's legal advice clinics.
