Andover, MA, May 13, 2025 - Vicor Corporation (Andover, MA) announced that Vicor K.K Japan (Headquarters: Shinagawa ward, Tokyo) will be exhibiting its new DC-DC converters at the booth of ASTI Corporation (Headquarters: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka prefecture) at the Automotive Engineering Expo 2025 YOKOHAMA on May 21 to 23, 2025.
On display will be the Vicor DCM3735, a non-isolated, automotive-grade, high density power module that was announced for mass production last year. It is a DC-DC converter with a maximum output of 2kW, which converts and stabilizes an input voltage ranging between 35V to 58V down to an output voltage ranging from 8V to 16V.
Please visit the booth to learn more about the latest Vicor products. The DCM3735 is 96% efficient and is commonly used today to convert 48V to 12V in zonal architectures but can be used in a variety of automobile subsystems.
