"Today is a special day for the State of Missouri, for my hometown of St. Louis, and for me personally.

"We have four nominees to join the Eastern District of Missouri. All four of whom I know quite well because they worked for me in the Missouri Attorney General's office.

"These nominees also have something else in common; if you look at their legal experience, it is marked by public service to the people of Missouri, protecting their liberties, protecting their safety, and upholding the rule of law. I am so proud of the careers each has led. President Trump made 4 fantastic picks. They will be among the finest judges on the federal bench.

"They are each of the highest moral and intellectual fiber. They each possess great experience, wisdom, and judgment."

Schmitt personally introduced each of the Missouri nominees.
