Ryan Pelagalli Promoted to Vice President

Cleveland, Ohio (February 6, 2025) -

CW Industrial Partners ("CWI") is pleased to announce that Ryan Pelagalli has been promoted to Vice President. Since joining the firm, Ryan has been instrumental in enhancing the firm's acquisition strategies - taking on leadership roles in transactional due diligence and contributing to the governance and growth of CWI's portfolio companies.

Ryan Pelagalli joined CWI full time in 2023 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining CWI, Ryan served as an investment banking associate at Lincoln International. He also has experience in the advisory services practice at Deloitte, focused in Banking and Capital Markets, and started his career as a process engineer at Procter & Gamble. Ryan obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his BS from Miami University.

Ryan enjoys partnering with management teams to identify and drive transformative growth opportunities by leveraging strategic and operational frameworks.
