Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.9% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of April 1, 2019 relating to the UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C16 filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 16, 2019 (the "UBS 2019-C16 PSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, Mount Street US (Georgia) LLP, a limited liability partnership registered with the Superior Court of Cobb County, Georgia, was removed as special servicer of The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan and CWCapital Asset Management LLC ("CWCAM"), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan under the UBS 2019-C16 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of April 1, 2026, The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, by CWCAM. CWCAM maintains a servicing office at 900 19th Street NW, 8th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20006.
