Cameron University to close for holidays; Aggie Rec Center sets hours for break

Administrative offices at Cameron University will be closed for the holiday season beginning Monday, December 22, and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026. Classes for the Spring 2026 semester will begin on Monday, January 12.

The Eugene D. McMahon Library will observe extended intersession hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from December 15-18 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 19. The facility will be closed from December 20, 2025, through January 4, 2026, re-opening from January 5 through January 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library will be closed on January 10-11. Regular hours will resume on Monday, January 12.

The Aggie Rec Center will have special winter intersession hours. From December 22 through January 4, hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday; and 1 to 6 p.m., Sunday. The Aggie Rec Center will be closed on December 25 and January 1. The facility will resume normal hours on Monday, January 5.
