Intermittent lane closures on SB I-29 in Clay/Jackson Counties for striping, April 20-24

CLAY/JACKSON COUNTIES - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct a mobile striping operation on southbound Interstate 29 from I-435 to I-70, nightly, from approximately 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., beginning Mon., April 20 until Fri., April 24. The mobile striping operation may require intermittent lane closures and motorists may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
