Awareness sessions underway in Sh. Milandhoo to enhance public knowledge on utility services

As part of our ongoing nationwide outreach program aimed at increasing public awareness regarding the services provided by this Authority and the relevant laws and regulations, an awareness session is currently being conducted in Sh. Milandhoo. This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, and the Secretariat of the Milandhoo Council.

Furthermore, an additional information session specifically designed for the students of Milandhoo School is also scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 15th.

These sessions form part of URA's broader efforts to raise awareness among island communities about public utility services, their regulation, and sustainable development. The Authority plans to extend the outreach program to other islands across the Maldives.
