Honigman recently advised US LBM, a national distributor of building materials to construction professionals, in its acquisition of XO Windows, a Phoenix headquartered window and door installation and supply company with an emphasis on new home construction projects.
XO Windows' well-equipped leadership and high-achieving team will allow for strong partnership with US LBM in providing service to the Southwestern region of the country.
A Honigman deal team led by Partners Alexander S. Whang and Andrew J. Newton, along with support from Associate Grace A. Canfield, advised US LBM on the transaction.
