Overnight closures on I-435 and I-35 in Jackson County for pavement work, Aug. 26-27

JACKSON COUNTY- The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct various overnight traffic closures on I-435 SB at Stadium Dr for pavement work. All work is weather permitting. See below for modifications:

Wednesday, Aug. 26 until Thursday, Aug. 27 between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.

• Double lane closure on I-435 SB at Stadium Dr.
• I-35 NB ramp closure to I-70 WB.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris form the roadway.
