VisuSewer Appoints Paul Quentel as Chief Executive Officer

Fort Point Capital ("Fort Point"), a Boston-based lower middle market private equity firm focused on investing in and supporting growing business services companies, announced today that its portfolio company, VisuSewer (the "Company"), has appointed Paul Quentel as Chief Executive Officer.

Paul brings over 27 years of executive leadership experience to VisuSewer, with a proven track record of driving growth and scalability in service-oriented businesses. Most recently, Paul served as Chief Executive Officer of ClearWater Solutions, a leading provider of water and wastewater management services, where he oversaw all aspects of the business including field operations, business development, finance, and M&A. Prior to CWS, Paul served as CEO of Envirowaste Services Group, one of the largest providers of storm and wastewater system maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation services in the Southeast.

Paul has served on the VisuSewer Board of Directors since Fort Point's investment in the Company, providing him deep familiarity with VisuSewer's operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. As part of this transition, Keith Alexander, current Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Executive Chairman and continue to be involved in Company leadership and operations.
