Cigna Healthcare Names Luke Cirkovic General Manager for Northern California Market

BLOOMFIELD, Conn. - August 10, 2026 - Cigna Healthcare, the health benefits division of The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI), has named Luke Cirkovic as general manager for the Northern California market, effective August 10.

In this role, Cirkovic will drive customer and earnings growth in Northern California, focusing on employers with up to 2,999 employees. He will also partner closely with network leaders, market medical executives, and cross-functional teams to strengthen Cigna Healthcare's presence and impact in the communities it serves.

Cirkovic brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across the employer-sponsored health benefits market. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Client Development for Anthem National Accounts, part of Elevance Health, where he led sales and retention efforts for large, complex employer accounts across the Western United States and consistently exceeded performance expectations.

Throughout his career, Cirkovic has held leadership roles with CVS Health/Aetna, Bind (now Surest), Blue Shield of California, and UnitedHealth Group. His expertise spans medical, pharmacy, specialty, wellness, and stop-loss solutions, with a strong track record of expanding markets, developing innovative solutions, building strategic relationships, and delivering sustained growth.

He will be based in Cigna Healthcare's Walnut Creek office.
