JSCo Chosen by Presidio Trust of San Francisco to Continue Managing Park’s Housing Units

Following a competitive public procurement process, the Board of Directors of the Presidio Trust of San Francisco has voted to award the John Stewart Company (JSCo) a new 5-year contract for the management of over 1,100 housing units in the historic Presidio. Spanning 1,500 acres in a spectacular setting at the Golden Gate, the Presidio is home to a large community of residents and commercial tenants and offers unique recreation, hospitality and educational opportunities to people throughout the Bay Area and the world. JSCo has managed the Park's residential portfolio since 1998 and this is the second time the Trust has renewed the management contract through a competitive process.
