BERLIN and FRANKFURT - May 18, 2026 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised OTB Ventures on a Series B financing round for SPREAD GmbH (SPREAD AI), raising €25 million ($29 million) in total. Other investors include DTCP Growth, IQT, Salesforce Ventures, and Thesiger Capital Group, as well as existing investors HV Capital and Nauta Capital.
SPREAD AI is an engineering intelligence platform that integrates fragmented technical product data from various information technology systems, primarily in the automotive industry, across the entire product lifecycle and places it within a shared context. Based on this data, SPREAD AI creates "Product Twins" that visualize dependencies and interactions, support fault analysis, and enable engineering, sales, and service teams to make faster, more informed decisions. With this funding, SPREAD AI aims to drive international expansion, expand platform functionalities, and strengthen its position in key industries.
