City Hosts Community Budget Sessions Beginning March 5

The City of Greensboro will host a series of Community Budget Sessions in each City Council District in March. The sessions will provide an overview of how the City's annual budget is developed prior to being adopted. Attendees can participate in an interactive activity to learn more about the City Council's priorities. For convenience, the public is encouraged to attend any session, even if it's not in their district.

2026 Budget Sessions

District 1: Thursday, March 12, at 6 pm, Gateway Gardens Event Center, 2800 E. Gate City Blvd.

District 2: Tuesday, March 10, at 6 pm, Craft Recreation Center, 3911 Yanceyville St.

District 3: Wednesday, March 18, at 6 pm, Greensboro Science Center, SAIL Center Great Hall, 4301 Lawndale Drive

District 4: Thursday, March 19, at 6 pm, Lindley Recreation Center, 2907 Springwood Drive

District 5: Thursday, March 5, at 6 pm, Griffin Recreation Center, 5301 Hilltop Road
