Governor Newsom signs legislation 6.29.26
SACRAMENTO - Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:
- AB 182 by Assemblymember Gail Pellerin (D-Santa Cruz) - November 3, 2026, statewide general election: ballot measures.
- AB 1571 by Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez (D-Ontario) - Product safety: recreational water safety: wearable personal flotation devices: infants and children.
- AB 1920 by Assemblymember Mark González (D-Los Angeles) - Community colleges: California College Promise: fee waiver eligibility.
- AB 2085 by Assemblymember Juan Alanis (R-Modesto) - Weighing and measuring devices: indications: display.
- SB 968 by Senator Josh Becker (D-Menlo Park) - Community colleges: San Mateo County Community College District.
