Sen. Jason T. Dickerson Appointed to Senate Energy & Environment Committee of CSG South

ATLANTA (January 23, 2026) - This week, Sen. Jason T. Dickerson (R-Canton) was appointed to the Senate Energy and Environment Committee of the Council of State Governments Southern Office (CSG South) by Senate President Pro Tempore Larry Walker, III (R-Perry). CSG South is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization that provides support and resources to Southern state leaders, helping them share ideas and strengthen leadership across the region. The Energy and Environment Committee of CSG South addresses specific issues related to natural resources in the South and the crucial role they play in the region's economic prosperity.

"I am excited to collaborate with our neighboring Southern states as we work to strengthen conservation efforts and support our farmers," said Sen. Dickerson. On the Senate Energy and Environment Committee of CSG South, Sen.
