Honda returns to Pasadena on New Year's Day to lead the 2026 Rose Parade® with The Power of Teams - a float celebrating how dreams are most powerful when they are realized together - as the Rose Parade marks its 137th year. Inspired by the Honda global brand slogan "The Power of Dreams," the float is a visual tribute to collaboration and the challenging spirit that power innovation. The Power of Teams float showcases a Honda engineer, a USA hockey player, and a Honda race car driver, all created by florals.

"The Rose Parade is a special moment each year for Honda to bring The Power of Dreams to life, and 'The Power of Teams' float reflects how far we can go when we move forward together," said Jennifer Symington, assistant vice president of marketing for American Honda. "From our partnership with Team USA athletes, to the race car drivers we help take the checkered flag, to the thousands of associates who take care of our customers, we hope this year's float inspires everyone watching to dream boldly - and to do it as part of a team."

About The Power of Teams 2026 Rose Parade Float
The Power of Teams float, created in the spirit of this year's parade theme, "The Magic in Teamwork," features an elevated track, where a Honda-powered race car, a USA Bobsled and the all-new 2026 Honda Prelude hybrid sports coupe will circle together in a striking display of unity. A red arch pays tribute to Los Angeles - the city where the American Honda story began over 65 years ago. And looking ahead to 2028, Honda will continue the spirit behind The Power of Teams to help the world's greatest athletes pursue their dreams as a Founding Partner of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and Official Automotive Partner of Team USA.

The float was created by the design team at Fastport - Honda's emerging B2B micromobility venture based in Torrance, California, dedicated to transforming the last-mile delivery industry with a purpose-built electric cargo vehicle and fleet software systems. The Fastport eQuad, the zero-emissions quadricycle cargo delivery vehicle, will be featured during the 2026 Rose Parade.

The Honda float will anchor the parade's Opening Spectacular with a high-energy kickoff performance featuring global vocal powerhouse Bishop Briggs and 24 world-class dancers in a thrilling celebration of teamwork. Briggs will perform her platinum-selling anthem "River" and empowering hit "Champion." With more than 1.9 billion streams, 756 million YouTube views, and "River" topping Shazam's all-time chart - Briggs has become a culture force. Honda has previously collaborated with Briggs to launch her single "Triumph" as part of the "Chasing Greatness" marketing campaign for the rugged TrailSport line of Honda light trucks.

Official Honda Rose Parade Vehicles
Paced by the new 2026 Honda Prelude hybrid, Honda marks 32 years as the Rose Parade's Official Vehicle and will feature the all-new Acura ADX as the 2026 Official Sound Car, along with a fleet of innovative Honda products. Cruising along with the parade floats will be 100 Motocompactos - the fun, ultra-compact Honda e-scooter designed for urban mobility - plus iconic Honda Metropolitan scooters, and Pioneer side-by-sides and Fastport eQuad, plus the all-electric Honda Prologue, CR-V hybrid SUV and the Odyssey minivan serving as Parade volunteer vehicles.

The 2026 Honda Prelude hybrid, leading the parade, expands the Honda brand's hybrid-electric lineup to four fun-to-drive and fuel-efficient models. The all-new Prelude also marks the debut of Honda S+ Shift, an innovative new drive mode that simulates a performance transmission experience for maximum levels of driver engagement. Technology is smartly integrated with standard features, including a large touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto™ compatibility, Google built-in, a Bose premium sound system, and a wireless smartphone charger.
