Anyone eligible who wishes to vote must make sure they are registered by midnight on April 20. This can be done quickly and easily online at gov.uk/register-to-vote

All eligible voters will be sent a poll card through the post with information about how to vote.
When you vote in person you will need to show photographic ID. To find out which ID you can use in the polling station, visit Voter identification - Wandsworth Borough Council . If you do not have an accepted form of ID you can get a free Voter Authority Certificate, but you must apply by April 28. If you are unable to vote in person, you can vote by post, but you must apply for a postal vote by April 21. Find out more (including the expected mailing dates) at Voting by post - Wandsworth Borough Council
You can also ask somebody to vote on your behalf by applying for a proxy vote. For those who are currently a polling station voter, the deadline to apply is April 28. Find out more at Voting by proxy - Wandsworth Borough Council
