DOJ-DOP Report on Review of Interactions Between DNCR, ICE and the ACLU

Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces the release of the report prepared by the Department of Justice ("DOJ") and the Division of Personnel ("DOP") related to the joint DOJ-DOP review of the interactions between the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources ("DNCR"), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE"), and the American Civil Liberties Union ("ACLU").

While this report was prepared for and delivered to the Governor, due to the public interest in the issues covered in the report, the Governor has elected to waive applicable privileges and authorize the public release of this report.
