Gov. Rhoden Signs Four Bills into Law

PIERRE, S.D. - Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed the following four bills into law:

  • SB 73revises provisions relating to state financial practices;
  • SB 116makes an appropriation for the design and construction of an indoor athletics facility at Dakota State University and declares an emergency;
  • HB 1018amends the reversion date for moneys appropriated to the Department of Education to improve and renovate the Cultural Heritage Center; and
  • HB 1035modifies provisions related to the licensure of public accountants.

Governor Rhoden has signed 66 bills into law and vetoed one this legislative session.
