Greenberg Traurig Advised Ghelamco on the New Issue of Bonds

WARSAW - 2 October 2025 - Greenberg Traurig advised Kemberton sp. z o.o., a company in Ghelamco Group, in connection with the issue of PLN 120 million bonds by Kemberton. Proceeds from the new bond issue were used to redeem part of the PLN 170 million of Ghelamco Invest sp. z o.o. bonds held by retail and institutional investors, which matured on 29 September 2025.
Ghelamco Group in Poland has completed several flagship office projects, including Warsaw Spire, Warsaw UNIT, The Warsaw HUB and The Bridge.
The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Partner Andrzej Wysokiński and Local Partner Kamil Majewski, and included Counsel Mateusz Koronkiewicz, Senior Associates Iga Czerniak and Wiktor Zień, Associate Michał Kuratowski and Junior Associate Patrycja Knerek. Partner Paweł Piotrowski advised on the regulatory/MAR aspects of the transaction. Senior Associate Jakub Gajzler was responsible for the real estate aspects of the transaction.
