Public Notice of Replat in Halverson Estates
The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Halverson Estates, Lots 1R & 2R, Block A, being a replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Halverson Estates, to adjust the property lines to modify the configuration of the lots. The ± 12.50-acre site is located ± 990 feet northwest of the intersection of Greathouse Road and Old Maypearl Road, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
