Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate Closes on PAM Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Katy, Texas

PENSACOLA, FL - Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a leading national healthcare real estate development and investment firm, has officially closed on the acquisition and planned renovation of a 52,404-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Katy, Texas.

The approximately $36 million project will transform the existing facility into a modern, 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital operated by PAM Health. The hospital will provide specialized rehabilitation services to patients recovering from serious illnesses, injuries, surgeries and other complex medical conditions.

Located on one of Methodist Health's campuses, which also includes two large medical office buildings and a long-term acute care hospital, the PAM Health hospital is strategically positioned within Katy's established healthcare corridor. The location is expected to serve patients from 12 acute care hospitals located within a 15-mile radius, addressing strong demand for inpatient rehabilitation services in the growing community.
