JetBlue Airways Corporation - Enforcement Action

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing JetBlue Airways Corporation has committed the following 40 violations, on or about April 30, 2025, following a flight cancellation (B6 1828 or B6 1831) for reasons within the carrier's control, JetBlue Airways Corporation, a large carrier, failed to provide affected passengers, free of charge, with alternate travel arrangements, consisting of a confirmed reservation on a flight operated by JetBlue Airways Corporation, a carrier with which it has a commercial agreement, or any other carrier, as required by subparagraphs 17(1)(a)(i), 17(1)(a)(ii), and 17(1)(a)(iii) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, thereby contravening those provisions.
