Henderson Police Investigate Murder-Suicide
HENDERSON, Nev. (Oct. 21, 2026) - On October 20, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Henderson Police Department responded to a request for a welfare check at a residence in the 2000 block of Tiger Links Drive. Responding officers entered the home to find a male and female deceased in an apparent murder-suicide.
A preliminary investigation found both elderly individuals deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
Detectives from the Henderson Police Department's Investigative Services Division were notified and responded to the scene. Based on the initial findings of the investigation, detectives believe the male fatally shot the female before turning the firearm on himself.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
The names of the victims, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office after next of kin notifications.
