President Xi Jinping’s Special Envoy Luosang Jiangcun to Attend the Presidential Inauguration Ceremonies of Djibouti and Uganda
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson announces:
At the invitation of President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismaïl Omar Guelleh and President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Luosang Jiangcun will travel to Djibouti City for the inauguration of President Guelleh on May 9 and to Kampala for the inauguration of President Museveni on May 12.
