Baker McKenzie assisted Daching Enterprises Limited in completing the acquisition of a controlling interest in Carcano Antonio S.p.A., a historic Italian company and a leading European player in the production and sale of aluminum products.
Baker McKenzie advised Hong Kong Daching Enterprises Limited with a team led by Special Counsel Marco Marazzi and composed of Senior Associate Arianna Ferri and Associates Alessandro Gianferrara and Ginevra Nuti on corporate aspects. Partner Raffaele Giarda and Counsel Federica Longo, together with Associate Emanuele Della Santa, handled the FIR-related aspects of the transaction.
