Sallie Hendricks, Celebrating 10 Year Anniversary

Congratulations to Sallie Henricks, Vice President of Residential Operations, on 10 years with ResideBPG!

Since joining BPG at the property level, Sallie has embraced new opportunities and grown her career through a willingness to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges. Today, she brings that experience and perspective to her leadership of Residential Operations.

For Sallie, one of the most rewarding parts of her journey has been the people she has met along the way. "The people and relationships I've built with my colleagues" are what have kept her here for the past decade.

Her advice to those starting out in the industry reflects the same collaborative spirit: "Don't be afraid to ask questions and learn as much as you can from other departments." She notes that understanding how different teams and processes work together is an important part of building a successful career.

As for what's ahead, Sallie is looking forward to the possibilities. "The possibilities of how the company will grow and what challenge we will take on next" are what excite her most about the future.
