FRONTIER Miles Members Can Now Redeem Miles for Bags, Seats, Priority Boarding and More

DENVER - October 28, 2025 - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: ULCC) today announced a new benefit for members of its FRONTIER Miles® loyalty program, expanding how travelers can use their miles and adding even more value to every journey. In addition to redeeming miles for award flights, members can now redeem miles for bundles that include popular travel add-ons such as bags, seat selection, priority boarding, no change or cancel fees, and more.

Starting today, members booking at FlyFrontier.com can redeem miles for the following bundles:

· Economy bundle - starting as low as 2,000 miles, includes a carry-on bag, standard seat selection, and no change or cancel feels

· Premium bundle - starting as low as 4,000 miles, includes a carry-on bag, premium seat selection, and no change or cancel fees

· Business bundle - starting as low as 8,000 miles, includes a carry-on bag, two checked bags up to 50 pounds each, UpFront Plus seat selection, and no change or cancel fees

The launch of this new benefit is the latest enhancement under 'The New Frontier,' which has introduced sweeping changes to Frontier's product and customer service offerings and improved what consumers can expect from air travel. Among the enhancements is UpFront Plus seating, an upgraded seating option with extra leg and elbow room in the first two rows of the aircraft. Customers in UpFront Plus enjoy a window or aisle seat with extra legroom and a guaranteed empty middle seat. The airline also now offers unlimited companion travelfor its Elite Platinum and Elite Diamond status members, with the flexibility to choose a different companion on every Frontier flight. Debuting in early 2026, Frontier will begin offering First Class seating, combining unmatched comfort and space at Frontier's trademark affordable prices.

Consumers can join FRONTIER Milesfor free and 'Get It All For Less,' earning miles quickly and getting rewarded for each dollar spent on Frontier products. Members begin by accruing 10 miles for every dollar spent, with multipliers increasing at every Elite status level. The FRONTIER Airlines World Mastercard®, issued by Barclays, is designed to help travelers accumulate miles even faster, awarding up to five miles for every dollar spent on the card. This means everyday purchases - both with Frontier and elsewhere - will help cardmembers earn award flights and bundles quickly, in addition to unlocking higher levels of Elite status. *Terms and Conditions:

1. You may redeem Travel Miles for the base fare of a Frontier-operated and marketed flight ("Award Flight"). In addition to base airfare, Travel Miles can also be redeemed for bundled travel packages ("Award Bundles"), which include popular travel benefits such as seat selection, baggage allowances, and flight flexibility.

2. Miles may not be redeemed for any product or service except as expressly permitted by Frontier Airlines.

3. Reservations for Award Travel, including Award Flights and Award Bundles, must be made directly with Frontier via FlyFrontier.com or the "Chat With Us" feature [https://www.flyfrontier.com/chat-with-us/].There is no booking charge for Award Travel redemptions made on FlyFrontier.com, but a Reservation Service charge applies to Award Travel booked via the Reservations Center.

4. Award Travel, including Award Flights and Award Bundles, may be booked approximately eight (8) months in advance or as the flight schedule permits.

5. Award Travel is subject to applicable taxes and fees, starting at $5.60, which must be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of booking.

6. Upon confirming an Award Travel booking, the appropriate Miles will automatically be deducted from the Member's account and/or Family Pool.

7. Any changes to Award Travel bookings must be made by Frontier. Chat With Us now.

8. Award Travel may only be issued by Frontier. Program partners and/or travel agents are not authorized to issue Award Travel.

9. Award Travel is only issued for published routings, and destinations offered by Frontier. However, not all routes may be available for Award Travel.

10. All Award Travel must have confirmed reservations on all legs/segments; no open tickets are issued.

11. All Award Travel is subject to availability. Seats and bundles may not be available on all flights or all days. Availability depends on factors such as demand, travel date, season, destination, and other operational considerations.

12. Where applicable and permitted by law, any taxes, fees, and governmental or airline surcharges (such as fuel) remain the responsibility of the Member and must be paid with a credit card at the time of reservation.

13. Award Travel will be issued in the form of an e-ticket.

14. Stopovers (overnight stays at connecting cities) are not permitted for Award travel.

15. Award Flights do not include advance seat assignments, carry-on baggage, checked baggage or other ancillary products unless otherwise stated.

16. Travel Miles can be redeemed for Award Bundles, which combine travel benefits such as seat selection, baggage allowances, early boarding, and flight flexibility. Award Bundles cannot be split, modified, or purchased à la carte with Miles.

17. Award redemption fees paid at the time of reservation are non-refundable.

18. Flights purchased with a monetary payment may not be exchanged or refunded for payment with Miles, in whole or in part.

19. Frontier reserves the right to revise, amend, modify or discontinue the products or services for which Members may use Miles (in whole or in part) and/or the number of Miles required to redeem any product or service (including but not limited to Award tickets) in connection with the Program.

20. Frontier's Flight Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to change/cancellation policies and fees) apply to Award Flights. In the event a Member cancels Award travel, Miles will be re-deposited to the original Member's Account (redeposit fees may apply). Miles used to purchase the Award Flight will be automatically forfeited if a Member does not cancel prior to scheduled departure.

21. Air travel on Frontier (including Award Flights) is governed by Frontier's Contract of Carriage. Please review the Ticket Terms and Conditions and Contract of Carriage for travel requirements and restrictions, liability and baggage limitations, and requirements for the travel of minor children. Frontier's Customer Service Plan and Contingency Plan for Lengthy Tarmac Delays also apply to flights operated by Frontier. For clarity, these provisions only apply to the extent applicable for flights operated by Frontier.

22. For domestic and international travel, customers must present government-issued photo identification. For international travel, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate for details on travel documentation requirements. It is your responsibility to verify your flight information and follow Frontier's recommended check-in times listed on the airport information page. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your seat to another customer and/or denied boarding.
