Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:00 A.M., Troopers arrested Peter Houle, age 45, for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to assist detectives at Bally's Twin River Casino Hotel in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned by a Justice of Peace and released with a notice to appear at Third Division District Court.

At 10:07 P.M., Troopers arrested Ryan Garnetto, age 28, of 92 Wadsworth Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License - Certain Violations, 2.) Driving with a Suspended License 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation/bail violator.

At 2:02 A.M., Troopers arrested Jamilton Ramirez Santiago, age 21, of 54 Middlesex Road, Apt 2, Waltham, Massachusetts, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs - 1st Offense - BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - 1st Offense, and 3) Reckless Driving. Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to calls for a rollover motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2:16 A.M., Troopers arrested Victor Delgadillo, age 29, of 158 Farmington Avenue, Apt 3, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs - 1st Offense - BAC Unknown, and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - 1st Offense. Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 4:43 A.M., Troopers arrested John D. Lefebvre, age 39, of 210 Division Street, Unit 5, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks for Eluding Law Enforcement - High Speed Pursuit - First Offense and Reckless Driving - First Offense; and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department for Shoplifting - Second Offense and Conspiracy - Felony. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by Troopers and the subject being located at his residence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
