The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (the "Company") was held on May 21, 2026. Represented at the meeting were 436,451,305 or 90.34% of the Company's 483,095,948 shared of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting.
