Project Announcement: Evaluation of the DoD's Capabilities to Effectively Carry out Joint Petroleum Over the Shore Operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Area of Responsibility (Project No. D2025-DEV0HC-0087.000)
Evaluation
The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we plan to begin the subject evaluation in April 2025.
The objective of this evaluation is to determine the DoD's capabilities to effectively carry out Joint Petroleum Over the Shore (JPOTS) missions within the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives. We plan to perform this evaluation in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency's "Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation."
