MECHANICSBURG, Pa., October 15, 2026 - Keystone, one of the country's top-25 insurance brokers, today announced the appointment of Nick Licursi as National Personal Lines Practice Leader. In this newly created role, Licursi will lead Keystone's Personal Lines strategy nationally, with a focus on building out High-Net-Worth and Private Client capabilities for Keystone's agencies and their clients.
Licursi joins Keystone from Risk Strategies/Brown & Brown, where he spent the past three years as Northeast Regions Private Client Services Leader. Before that, he spent more than six years at Risk Strategies Company, where he built his career in Private Client Services, most recently as Vice President and Family Office Practice Leader for the New York Metropolitan region. Across those roles, Licursi developed customized Personal Insurance programs for High-Net-Worth families and Family Office clients, managed carrier relationships, and led teams serving the top of the Private Client market. He began his career at DeWitt Stern serving High-Net-Worth clients in New York City. In 2017, Licursi was recognized by the Private Risk Management Association as an Emerging Leader.
"Personal lines is one of the most important and most underserved opportunities in the independent agency channel today, especially at the high-net-worth level," emphasized Mike Walsh, CEO of Keystone. "Our agencies serve families and businesses in communities across every state, and many of those clients deserve a more sophisticated Personal Lines experience than most brokers are built to deliver. Nick brings deep expertise, strong carrier relationships, and a reputation for building programs that move the needle for successful families. We're thrilled to have him lead this practice for Keystone."
"Keystone stood out to me because of the people, the culture, and the ambition behind what they are building," noted Nick Licursi, Keystone's new National Personal Lines Practice Leader. "The combination of a top-tier broker platform and a national network of independent agencies gives us a chance to raise the bar for how Personal Lines gets served in this country. I am excited to partner with our agencies to build a practice that gives their best clients the attention and the expertise they expect, with the full weight of Keystone behind every conversation."
Licursi's appointment is the latest addition to Keystone's growing national leadership team as the company continues to invest in specialized practice capabilities for its agencies and the clients they serve.
Keystone is recognized by Business Insurance as the 25th largest retail broker and the 4th fastest-growing broker in the United States. Founded in 2020, Keystone empowers independent agencies through strategic partnerships, best-in-class services, and capital investments. For more information, visit www.mykeystone.com
