PSC Sets Intervention Deadline for Missouri-American CCN Applications pr-26-25

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---
The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of October 15, 2025 , for the expansion of Certificates of Convenience and Necessity (CCNs) sought by Missouri-American Water Company for water and sewer systems in various areas of Missouri.

On September 24, 2025, Missouri-American filed applications seeking an order granting expansions of existing CCNs to authorize the company to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, and otherwise control the water and sewer systems in or around the following locations:

• Maplewood, Monsees Lake Estates, Smithton Service Area (Pettis County);
• Tri-States, Riverside Estates, Lake Taneycomo Acres Service Area (Taney County);
• Garden City Service Area (Cass County);
• Purcell Service Area (Jasper County);
• Hickory Hills & Temple Terrace Service Area (Moniteau County);
• Emerald Pointe Service Area (Taney County);
• Ozark Mountain, Lakewood Manor Service Area (Barry and Stone counties);
• City of Arnold & Surrounding Area (Jefferson County);
• Meramec (Fenton) Service Area (Jefferson County); and,
• Hallsville Service Area (Boone County).

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission's Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
