Whether you're looking to enjoy a delicious meal with a waterfront view or cruise along said waterfront, we've got you covered. With so many opportunities to enjoy our freshwater access, your Fourth of July is sure to be spectacular.

Getting out on the water is easy when you're in Macomb County. Boats and jet skis are available for rent at multiple waterfront locations. In St. Clair Shores, Platinum Pontoon Boat Rentals offer great pontoon boats along with other accommodations to make your day perfect. If you're looking for different variations for your boat day, Freedom Boat Club is the place to go. Get a membership and reserve one of their boats for a relaxing day on the water. If you're looking to zip through the water, rent a jet ski from Chubbski's. No matter what you do, make sure you practice boating safety. Be aware of your surroundings and have fun!

Lake St. Clair is home to some of the best fishing. Celebrate Fourth of July weekend by going on a fishing charter. Big Chubs Charters gives you an up-close look at perch, walleye and smallmouth bass. Starting in Grosse Point Shores, a reservation at The Continental at Ford House features a colorful summer menu and view overlooking Ford Cove. Harrison Township offers multiple dining on the water options too. From Bumpers Landing to Gino's Surf, the drinks, food and entertainment is top tier. Despite the construction, Octopus' Beer Garden in Mount Clemens is open! Right along the Clinton River, this restaurant brings not only good food, but even better vibes. If your around New Baltimore be sure to hit the town and grab a bite to eat at Knapp's City Garage. Then walk over to Blind Owl Restaurant and Bar for a night cap. Mike's on the Water and Zef's Dockside in St. Clair Shores are two more great options.
