On May 5, 2026, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Idibek Kalandar, received the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Mr. Jan Braathu.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and priorities of further cooperation between Tajikistan and the OSCE within the framework of the organization's third dimension, including strengthening the capacity of journalists, ensuring information security, and other issues of mutual interest.
