On the Meeting with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan
On August 11, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Rashad Mammadov.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects for further developing Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan relations based on strategic partnership and alliance.
Particular attention was paid to preparations for upcoming events at the high levels, as well as to expanding the legal and contractual framework for bilateral cooperation.
